sent back court forms but seem to be at the sorting office not the dca??

hi all,
i have had ccj forms from drydens on behalf of egg:mad: which i filled in and returned on the 21st april via rm recorded. I have been away for a few days so only just been able to check the rm site to make sure they have arrived, turns out they are at BRADFORD NORTH Delivery Office and have been signed for ( can see the signature online now). does this mean drydens have rejected signing for it? will rm try to redeliver or do drydens need to collect it? should i call cccs and ask tell them or should i call drydens and tell them? aggghhhh not sure what to do!! help!!!:eek:

The signature would have been to accept the delivery. A sorting office wouldn't have signed for it had it not been delivered.

Are you sure it is at the sorting office?

My delivery confirmations via track and trace normally say something like:

Your item with reference AB12345678CD was delivered from our "NAME OF LOCAL OFFICE" Delivery Office on xx/xx/08 .

i saw the delivery office bit i did not however see the from!

That was my first thought, and why I posted how they normally word it.

Easily done while you are stressed.
