Hiya,
I wasn't sure where to post this so please move it if this is the wrong place.
I received an email today for a home of research survey, after i had attempted to complete the survey i clicked on my profile page and it took me to someone else's profile. I had access to her name, address, email address and date of birth etc.
I think this is totally unacceptable and will be cancelling my account after changing my profile details.
I have emailed the person whose details i had accessed accidentally and will be contacting home of research to complain too.
Just a warning guys - in this climate of identity fraud i think we need to be really careful.
Hope this helps someone.
Sharon

I noticed a while back that when I went onto their homepage I got someone else's username showing up and their reward points, couldn't see any of their personal details though so just thought it was a little glitch.
Not impressed with Home of Research though, I did an online focus group via them about six weeks ago - at the end of the group they said points would be credited within 7 days (£20 worth) and six weeks later I'm still waiting! Have emailed them numerous times, keep getting vague replies about crediting it 'at the earliest possible' etc. Last email a week ago claimed that their 'Finance Manager' was looking into it, just contacted them again to ask what's happening with it... :mad:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Would this be better on the up your income board as most of the research/survey stuff is on there
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0
