Pension Contributions

Hi
Just wondering whether you think it is a good idea to put a lump sum into my GPP now given that this might purchase more units in todays market rather than increasing my monthly contributions in case that does not buy as many units spread over say the next 12 months.
Any comments would be appreciated as I would like to sort this out asap now that we are in the new tax year.
Cheers.

if you think the markets will fall over the next few months then delay purchasing, if you think the markets will go up then buy now.
Its a guess so usual advice is the drip feed i.e. pay monthly.
