Paid DCA can I still contact them with a CCA request?

In the hope of getting them to remove any defaults?Or maybe refund?

Nothing stopping you from requesting a CCA and checking that its all properly prescribed, you may or may not find it is legit, no harm in trying.

The CCA is to prove that they can enforce the debt in a court of law, without it the debt stands just can not take legal action to obtain money so no refunds im afraid
