Hiya, I'll leave a message just to bump this up a bit for you so you get some more help.

    The obvious things are....
...get rid of the Sky if you can
...ask to pay your council tax over 12 months instead of 10
...broadband is really high - could you switch to a phone and internet deal?

Also you are missing a few things out babe, like haircuts, clothes, also house insurance if you have any.

Have you checked to see if you are paying the lowest car insurance, gas and electricity online?

    Hi

Check the deals, because the sky.mobile, internet and phonea are costing £87 per month. You should be able to get some sort of bundle for £30-40 pm.

Also the car insurance seems high. Check the comparison sites and swap via a cash-back site.

And have a look at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/protect/make-money

HAve you already got an arrangment with your creditors or do you need to talk to one of the debt charities?

Do you have no house insurance at all? I was under the impression that it was a legal requirement to have buildings insurance at the very minimum.

Sorry, just seen that you rent, clearly not applicable, ignore me, its been a long day!
  • hehe dont worry about it but no we dont have house insurance luckily i am a sahm so house not regulary left empty

You have already said that you cant sell the time share back to the company. Can I ask how you pay it? Is it a monthly repayment?

Is it owned by a British company? Just wondering what would happen if you just didnt pay it. I am NOT saying dont pay it but have you looked thru your contract really well for any loopholes.

Actually I would be more inclined not to pay it than the utilities if you see what I mean.

    Hi again,

Just noticed, you said that you are a stay at home mum, but I see that you have childcare payments of £270 a month, is there any chance you could reduce these?

    V xx
  • hi v well when i say sahm i mean it in the lightest terms im at home 3 days a week and work two, mainly for my sanity and as you can see most of my income is eaten up by childcare

time share is now owned by diamond resorts and we havnt actually been paying our management fees which is the main reason we cant sell it, or use it at the moment.
the loan for it is through cfs which also hasnt been paid for a while and will be included in my bankruptcy pertition
