Help! Ruined an analon saucepan in dishwasher!

Inside of the pan is fine, the outside is really discoloured - any suggestions for getting it back to black - didnt realise they couldnt be put in dishwasher:eek: :eek:

Are they the same on the outside as Circulon? You used to be able to get cleaning paste for the outside of Circulon pans from the pan stockists.
TBH if the inside is Ok I wouldn't worry too much, I want to eat the contents not admire the packaging.;)0
