:D .. if i was to get £100k I would definitely get it annulled :)

The way I'd look at it would be that if i'd got the inheritance before going BR i'd have used it to pay off my debts anyway :)

Yes waspy i think thats where a lot of my guilt comes from, wishing someone dead in order to pay debts that i accumalated, even though they worked their butt off for many years in order to leave that to me.If the inheritance was enough to get my bc annulled i might consider it:o

All these loan you took out, can I ask what did you do with the money?

Do you have any items you can sell?

Someone has already list the debt help lines, make sure you give them a ring for advise and help.

For an 18? year old that is a lot of banks loaning you a lot of money.

Well done for posting up your SOA.

Yep alot of loans! the way i saw it was they kept offering me the money and I thought, "well i can afford the re-payments on that".........used money for car repairs, a car and alot of nothing really, young and daft!

Unfortunately I have nothing I can sell, but my car, which is what i intend to do over the next few month, then I'll just get a little run around.

I will give the debt line a call over the next few days and see what they advice, I have called them before and they told me I couldnt even afford a debt management plan.
