morgage letting fees

I have been letting my house for three years and had to ask the bank for permission. They charged me £125 for the first three years now they want £95 for 12months is thier any way not to pay.

stop letting the house out or switch to a buy to let mortgage instead of a having a residential mortgage which wasnt priced with buy to let in mind.is thier any way not to pay.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
