WH Smith News - Crawley Depot

I am a first time poster...have read the t & c's, yet wasn't sure where to put or ask my question, so apologies if this is in the wrong place.

Here goes:-

Someone suggested to me that there is already a topic on this forum regarding what I would like to know. If this is the case, can someone please provide me the URL or link from these forums please?

My question concerns the WH Smith News / Smiths News - Crawley Depot
from who we get our daily supply of magazines from for our shop which is based in Bromley, Kent.

I am looking for a non-geographical telephone number for their Customer Services team...i.e. a non 0845 number???

It should be something like 01293 xxxxxx?

Their address (if it helps) is:-

W H Smith Ltd
Unit 7/15
Kelvin Lane
Crawley
West Sussex
RH10 9PW

The 0845 number is 0845 121 2330.

Their was a previous 01293 number that the 0845 number used to sit “ on top ” of, and that was 01293 563502, and unfortunately, that number no longer works as it says “ the number you have dialled has not been recognised ”

Can anyone please help me with my query?

If there is anything else that I have not mentioned here, please let me know.

the number of whs shop in crawley is 01293 525422 they may be able to help

Thanks for your reply - I have already tried them on this number and it seems that the number they use to contact WHS directly is also 0845 121 2330???

Any other suggestions, please?

Your Mags are all administered by a central mag department in Worcester. There is no geographical number for Crawley house.
