Users can listen to 250,000 songs for free but have to wait for a 10-second advert between each track.
From the FAQs:
Can I get a track for free, but without an advert on it?
Again, the answer is yes! After you have had a downloaded track for 28 days, you can take advantage of the We7 credits system to obtain previously downloaded tracks. As a registered We7 user, you will be entitled to a maximum of 20 FREE credits every 28 days - that's 20 free tracks a month! Please keep in mind that these tracks will be available for 28 more days before being removed from your ad-free track listing. If you would like to obtain more credits, you can do so by purchasing more here.
