  • Yeah I tried Maxim on a 3 issues for £1 and after I flicked through the entire thing reading nothing in 10 mins realised it was a total waste of money and I was definately a hardcore FHM fan (yes I know what it stands for and I know I am female!! lol)...

BTW if anyone knows any cheap subsciption deals fore them I want to sign up!!!

I got the exact same letter Dormouse (couldn't reply earlier due to big 'puter probs!) and like you, I'm not great with maths but figured it wasn't 6 free issues. I'm going to ring and query it when I get a chance.

Got the confirmation for the Now mag subscription through the post today. Says my first issue will be dated 11 May (so I assume I'll get it 4th maybe?) and the DD starts on 3 June. Now I'm not great at maths but that doesn't add up to 6 free issues, does it?

But anyway, plenty of time to cancel the DD http://img.moneysavingexpert.com/icons/icon12.gif. Just hope the gift will get here before June.

I got a letter today from Haymarket publishing to say that the last magazine will be the last one published. It has ceased to be.
Don't suppose I will ever get the free headphones now.
  • Did anybody else subscribe to the Q magazine direct debit offer (Free Glastonbury DVD) - if so, have you got your dvd? I cancelled after the first issue - they have sent me this months magazine but no sign of the dvd. :(
