How are u guys doing it? Have tried looking for £10 day April chall and cant find anything??

This is my 3rd Olympic Challenge and 1st go at the make £10 a day thing too and I've made my money in a variety of ways.

There's 3 main ways you get money for these challenges:
    1. Selling
    2. Earning
    3. Gifts (well maybe not a main way but it doesn't fit into the above 2 categories).

Selling wise I've sold on Amazon, Ebay, Green Metropolis and through Small Ads at work and have just discovered Gumtree so hope to use that in the future too.

Earning wise I've done mystery shopping, lots of different survey and click sites and also a decent chunk of the money I got last year was from not taking holiday whilst temping then getting holiday pay at the end of placements.

Some people have an extra job just for these challenges or do overtime, I don't get paid for overtime sadly so no chance of me getting anything that way.

Matched betting and free bingo has come good for some people too - sadly not me yet.

There's loads of ways to make money, some are much easier to see the results from straight away but my philosophy is it all adds up!

Good luck, if you've got any specific questions just ask away!

I've update my signature to show my £4 scratch card win yesterday from a card I bought with a hidden £1 coin in the car.

Can't believe I went right over my target last month and this month I'm struggling to get off the starting blocks.

At this rate i'll struggle to make £1 a day :)

I'm going to put DS2 for a nap, take DS1 to nursery then list loads on ebay....fingers crossed

Me too!! No interest in it this month. Must be something to do with the weather. Will keep plodding on making the odd sale from ebay but not moitoring how much I make - just what I pay off my credit card.

Hope everyone else is more motivated than me!

    Hi Guys,
Just started on this so probably newbie enthusiasm but I have lined up £24 in mystery shopping jobs (won't get paid those until July though so won't add them on total yet), have earned 40p on pure profile and 250 points on Pigsback today so not too disappointed, but will try to sell stuff on eBay this weekend as have loads to sort out.
See that Summers over already then!

.....I got this email from Winstant

Thank you for playing at Winstant.com. With reference to your cashout request, please note that our 5 Free Bonus is governed under the Terms & Conditions (http://www.winstant.com/signupbonustandc.jsp) on our website.

The specific provisions you need to comply with are :

    5. The Bonus cannot be cashed out. Cashouts including The Bonus will be
    confiscated.
    6. Once your balance falls to below 0.50 (the minimum bet value on any
game), Winstant will consider The Bonus requirements as completed.
    7. You may deposit at any time, but are not required to do so.
    8. Should you make a deposit while you have a balance of 0.50 or more
remaining on your account that is from The Bonus, any game play from the
time of your deposit will be considered as played with The Bonus first,
until your balance would have dropped to below 0.50.
    9. In order to request a cashout, you must first make a deposit and
    wager it at least once.

Your cashout request has been returned to your account.

BUT THERE WEBSITE TERMS (following the link above) say this.....

In order to receive The Bonus, you need to register an account with Winstant.com. A Verification Email will be sent to the email address provided by you.
    2. The Bonus is credited automatically to your account once you click on the verification link in the email sent to your email address on registration.
    3. The Bonus can only be claimed once per person, per email address, per IP address, and per physical address. Attempts to claim more than 1 bonus will be considered bonus abuse, and all accounts associated will be closed, and any winnings confiscated.
    4. You can use The Bonus to play any game on the site. There are no limitations on game play.
    5. You must place at least 25.00 (5 times the Bonus) in bets BEFORE requesting a cashout. Any cashout request made before 25.00 in bets are placed will be returned to your account.
    6. The minimum cashout amount for this Bonus is 25.00. Any cashout request of less than 25.00 will be returned to your account.
    7. If your balance falls to below 0.50 (the minimum bet value on any game), Winstant will consider The Bonus requirements under these terms & conditions completed. Deposits made after your balance falls to below 0.50 do NOT need to meet point 9 below.
    8. Any cashout request of less than 25.00 will be returned to the players account, unless either point 5 or 6 of these Terms & Conditions has been previously met.
    9. Should you make a deposit while you have a balance of 0.50 or more remaining on your account, and you have NOT met point 5 or 6 above, you will be required to bet a minimum of 5 times your deposit value after your deposit is made, before requesting a cashout.
    10. Cashouts will be processed according to points 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 of these Terms & Conditions.
    11. All Activity on Winstant.com is subject to the site General Terms and Conditions.

It says you can cashout once you have bet more than £25, which I have, my total bets (with their money) are above £30. I've never deposited.

So, what do people reckon? Shall I just play through the money and put it down to experience, or should I make a deposit and then request a cashout

    Thanks
    C

Made £5 on eBay last night.. other than that.. close to payout level on Valued Opinions and Panelbase, just waiting for a few surveys to be credited on both.

Clair - that is very confusing, I think I'd maybe just deposit a fiver then try to withdraw again?

Clair, I think this is the bit they are referring to. You can cash out once you have reached £25, BUT you must have deposited £25 before you can request a cashout, and as you have not yet made a deposit and are just trying to cashout your winnings, they will not let you.

I would deposit £25, maybe play one small game and see how you do and then cashout your £25 so that you are even again.

If you do that you have met their criteria, you will still have money remaining to play with, plus you should then be able to play the remaining money or even cash that out?

Check with others to see if they agree with me first, but that would be how I would read it.
    Hope that helps,

Few things have sold on ebay now if they'd pay i'd be very happy

if anyone here is moving to a new place, theres a great freebie on the freebies board (free stuff for your new home) might save a few pennies for someone.
