Now up to £5 on slice! lol. Helpful hint if you're using the littlewoods free scratch card you can also sign up for busybingo and butlinsbingo which also seem to be run by littlewoods and have the free scratch card. you can always deposit £10.01 and withdraw the £10 to be able to use the scratch cards. Even if you only get the 10ps that round £3 after a month.
  • Hello

I looked at the challenges but it redirects you back to this page which doesn't tell you anything other than who is joining in...

I guess you all know each other, have been on here a while, etc, but this was my first post here and a link would be *really* helpful.

    Thanks

Count me in again guys - need to make up for a poor showing last month! Although, I only ever count the cash when it's mine so that makes up for things slightly

Hi there - it is only the first page that tells you who is joining in - if you read through the various posts you will get lots of new ideas of how to raise/make/earn a few more pounds.

Also, if you go back to the list of forums, there is one called "up your income" i think - again, have a look at that for lots of ideas on mystery shopping, slice the pie etc.

I know that a link is useful, but to be honest, you will get far more out of it if you get to know the boards the "long way" because you will stumble over far more stuff that may appeal to your way of working!

Also look at the freebies boards - by getting free stuff, you are saving money on other bits and pieces too - not the same as "earning" but def "saving"

Add your name to the list of challengers and join in! You will soon be surprised at how much you are making!

    Good luck!

Nothing for my to report today or for yesterday I dont think.. :( but the boyfriend got a "few quid" tips at work yesterday so that takes his total to about £10 I think..
On another note though, this challenge is really making me think and its pushing me to do more things, like slicethepie etc! i don't have a clue how I'm going to meet this months target but should have some money coming in later in the month (from other months that hasnt hit my account yet though..) So we'll see I guess!!

Woke up this morning to an e-mail off e-bay saying I'd sold something. It's only worth £5.20 but all the pennies make pounds. Have updated my total so I'm still a little ahead but really need to knuckle down.

Found a mystery shop which I'm not sure if I can count or not as it technically saves me money as it'll refund a flight I'm going to make anyway-although I MAY end up paying a business fare to assess the business service which I wouldn't do normally so would only count the £50 I'd pay for economy. Won't count it til payment is made anyway but a free flight is a free flight.
Onwards and upwards-need to check the Amazon book pile too
Starting the new job tomorrow-going to be a busy day as I will work the morning and afternoon exam sessions then come home and work my real job for 3 hours but it's all money :) Need to find my passport today though. my day off today and as the weather is so gorgeous I'm wondering if I can snag some overtime to cover people who'll ring in "sick" for tonight's shift. The joys of working from home-can log in for an hour or two's overtime with no effort.
Need to get back into Piggy points-have just over £20 sitting in there at the moment but won't count it until it arrives. Want to try and get it up to thirty this month. Only pennies showing for this month's Quidco so far but next month is far healthier :)
Another reason to find my passport is a bookie needs ID before paying me £100 from some matched betting (wish I was as good at finding winners when I mug punt :) ) matched betting is only counted when I withdraw so some winnings end up not been counted as they go back into giving me a bigger float so I can claim yet more bookie's gifts :)
Need to hit surveys a bit harder and find a few more mystery shops/focus groups this month.
