Just bought a Panasonic 2hour power charger (model BQ-395) from Morrisons in Bradford for £9.99.
This is good value as it has the Delta V technology which means you can't overcharge your batteries. It has a chip that monitors the battery charging and stops when the battery is full.
It doesn't come with any batteries but there are plenty of cheap batteries around.
