Fluff on clothes - help!

I've just taken a BLACK top from the washing machine & it's covered in fluff of various colours! I was really hoping to wear it tomorrow.
I've found this thread & would try the rubber gloves thing if I had a clean pair! Lifes a bit too short for the sellotape thing this evening as I've got loads to do already  .
Anyway, just hoping that maybe I could wash it again & put something in the machine that would help loosen the fluff & get rid of some of it. Does anyone know of anything that would have an anti-static effect?
Ps I don't have a tumble dryer.

wrap sellotape around your hand with the sticky side facing out. Then lovingly stroke your top and voila! all the fluff sticks to the sellotape.0
