This is different from V05 in that it's all natural oils. The instructions say you can even leave it in overnight if you want!

Yeah my hair felt nice and soft today and my scalp less itchy than it had been. This type of oil can be left on with no side affects. I spend alot of time in India and regularly have oil head massages there and we try to leave the oil on as long as we can before washing it out to nourish the hair and scalp. I also get a head steam with the oil on in India which feels great. In India people oil their hair regularly with coconut oil and they leave it in until the next wash-this keeps the hair healthy and glossy.

V05 will no doubt contain lots of synthetic products which is why you don't leave it on too long!!!!!! This oil is all natural.

i got this today and had completely forgotten about it! will have a go over the weekend - not sure i can leave it in overnight (however much i put my hair in a towel it ends up coming out and i don't want oil all over my pillow!), but looks good and doesn't smell very stongly either!
