Does that make sense?

Dunno maybe just me being too sensitive
Anyway, thanks all for your kind words, still a big hole, think im making it worse cus im staring at the paperwork all day trying to suss it out, think I need to go and hide under the duvet to recharge!!!!!
But if anyones got any advice how i can get my head round it, please do tell...
Look up Debt_Free_Chick and her posts, Malestrom, nearlyrich & loads and loads of people that have 'been there' and can help. Don't wander into Grabbit's, unless you have a couple of bob and can make a fortune on eBay - it's highly unlikely isn't it?
Please ... stay with the site - especially the money savers old style (or whatever they' re called
... they know the score re money spinning/juggling! As do the experts on Wanna be Debt Free.
I'm no expert, but I'm thinking about you. And keeping my fingers crossed.
Take care and keep posting.

a few short days ago i felt i had no hope in my debt situation.
i can tell you from personal experience that once you really make it your priority you will take little baby steps towards working it out and you will feel better. thats a promise. it wont suddenly disappear overnight but the tiniest things , the smallest changes can mean you know where the next loaf of bread or bottle of milk are coming from.
but noone else can make those efforts for you - take a very deep breath and be strong and turn this into a personal challenge - prove to youself that you can put your mind to this and make all the small changes that will help the pennies.
big big hugs

The longest story ever... when I am out of all the mess I write it up, but I feel if I wrote it all in one big essay now, I might blight it all. Basically the debt was at its highest in Summer 2003, and me and hubby have almost sold our soul trying to get rid of it, weve almost split up, and basically have had THE MOST STRESSFUL two years ever. Every time I feel like I'm turning a corner there's another problem. The debt was a mixture of failed business (we wrote a book), too much spending, and me getting ill. Weve paid it back (so far) the boring way that everyone else pays it back, reducing outgoings, increase earnings etc etc. I feel very sorry for anyone and everyone in debt, no matter how they got there. It really really is one of the tougest things to go through. Anyway...I'll start writing the story sometime and will post then. I always try to offer anything I have learnt, and am always on debt free board, I find it very comforting reading others tales of woe and trying to help in some small way. Hats off to all MSE's...
NB: I actually think debt free date is going to be Jan 2007, but have not amended my signature yet.0
