But in answer to your question, yes I am as ready as I ever will be! I am very excited, to tell the truth, for all sorts of reasons! But I am sure I will not be able to sleep tonight for nerves!! I may have to join the "night owls" thread!

Well, the day has arrived.....I slept ok until 4am then on and off until I got up just after 6.

I am not expected in until 9.30 today, so it allows me the luxury of getting the kids off to school and out of the way before I need to go and make my packed lunch etc, so I won't be rushed (hopefully!). Tomorrow will be a different matter, but today should be an easier start!

I will be taking £10 from the bank at the beginning of each week - this is my "allowance" (out of my grocery budget :eek: ) should I need to buy lunch or a coffee...........but at the end of each week, whatever is left goes into my ISA at the bank next door to the office.....so I am hoping it is an incentive not to spend anything at work, and to save it instead. I thought that if I just said "no spending allowed" then I would find it more difficult than if I had a small budget with the ability to save it instead of spend it, if that makes sense!

DD has her SATS this week, she seems comfortable about them so far, so I think she is doing better than I am in the "nerves" competition!!
