Snaggles, I suspect this delightful lady may be even more bonkers than you.........hard to imagine, I know.......but I think it is true!

Anyway, last night......Pania came round for a run........and I let her down big time.......I insisted on making her a cup of tea and FORCING sausage (of the veggie type) and chips down her throat, making it almost impossible to get running.........:o

I was just soooooo tired, that I couldn't do it! The strange thing was though, that I had this dream last night that I actually got up and went for a run in the middle of the night!! Well, I say it was a dream.....perhaps it really did happen, and I have made up for not donning my running shoes yesterday evening!

Tomorrow we are going to the Red Bull Flugtag in Hyde Park - got free tickets, booked a coach (through quidco) on their cheapest fare, and will take a pack up picnic. Should be a good day!

Bob, the flugtag is (I think) where people have made daft "flying machines" and have to launch themselves off a platform, flapping madly..........and landing in the lake!

Oh I love the flugtug, it is sooo funny! They used to show it on TV but I'm not sure they do any more.
