Does handing back the garage mean more money in the mizmir pocket?
A little - but already included in the new June budget.
I agree about early closing on Saturdays - I missed the post office today because I forgot about this arcane tradition of closing at 12.30! Don't they know that is most people's day off and people like to have a lie in....?

Glad to see that progress is being made all round - but strange about your window P.........
I have seemingly spent all day doing "stuff" and it surely must look different, but somehow it still seems as though I have masses to do!!
I have decided that from Monday I will try flylady again - I am reducing the amount of "running" around I do, and will be stopping college, so I am going to really really try very very very hard to do a little housework every day - although a blitz at the weekend is useful, I really would have preferred a "day off"!
So, lounge looks much better - I have sorted quite a bit of stuff, and it has been hoovered, but the ironing pile is still multiplying in the corner
The kitchen is done, with the exception of washing the floor, so that will do for now.
The hall is done, as is the downstairs loo. The car is loaded up ready to go tomorrow, so I am almost done.
I don't think I will get the other bits and pieces on my list done today - but I think I have done enough!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Hi just popping in for a brew, and a catch up. I am now exhausted at level of activity. And i missed a troll....
My house looks like a midden, with car boot stuff out of the cupboards. so i am off to scub down mould infected decorators table, and search in garage.
catch you all later.xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0
