It *is* a long list, hypno, but hopefully it will all blur together. Just a thought... maybe you and pania could run round your house, doing that boogie fling thing? Plenty of aerobic exercise to be had that way, I'll bet!

Well, we went for a run.....knocked over 2 mins off the time we did last time, so we are well chuffed with that!!!
Now need to get showered, changed and do a mystery shop before the bank shuts at 12.
Also have put the latte habit in the demotivator, with Pania - effort needed on my part for June.......it says I am spending £825 a year on coffee, and that is just money that I cannot afford!!!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
