Offset Mortgage Calculator

HI there,
does anybody know of a 'good' offset mortgage calculator?
I've an offset mortgage with First Direct and want to create a 'large' stooze pot.
However, with 2-3% BT fees for each credit card, I'm wondering if the cost of me accummulating a large stooze pot outweighs the benefit of the offsetting.
Any info/help/advice would be appreciated.

have you heard the words" credit crunch " on the TV and papers
over the last few months ?
not a good time to owe lots of money to credit card companies.
lending getting tighter and less money to be made out of stoozing.
save like mad into offset account is all I would recomend.0
