    No, it sounds about right.

    When you take a bank loan that costs £100 per month, the repayments do not drop half way through. Mortgages work the same way.

  • All the mortgage calcs come up with the current figure (or near about) when I punch in the figures so it mst be right. Guess I was expecting a miracle! Can't be Mortgage Free just yet :)
