Being ignored by Banking Business Manager

Hi All, Hope someone can point me in the right direction, I'm a newbie to this site, which by the way is remarkable, you are all so clued up, who needs a legal team when we've got you guys - anyway, on Feb 1st I contacted my Business Manager at HSBC to let him know that my company was no longer trading, a decision that I didn't take lightly. I sent 3 emails asking for an appointment, finally got to see him on 8th Feb. Sat in his office, poured out my heart to him and begged for help as I had an overdraft for £2800 and an unsecured bank loan for £13k. He listened carefully and said "leave it with me, I shall call you on Monday with some proposals", well Monday came and went, infact 4 Mondays came and went, I emailed, telephoned etc in that time, proof of which I have, and still he didn't bother to acknowledge my cry for help. I finally went into the branch and demanded to see him (after waiting for over an hour), he never bothered with an excuse, just said ring CCCS for advice!. In the following days after that I received numerous threatening phone calls from HSBC in India, countless letters and god knows what else - I have been fortunate enough to get credit by remortgaging my house, but I am furious that this Business Manager did nothing to help, especially when I went into see him first. Any suggestions on how I should word a letter of complaint and who should I send it to. Your help would be greatly appreciated. xx Love to you all, keep up the good work.
