Grass Reinforcement Mesh: Can you find it cheaper for me please?

http://www.rusticwoodland.com/index1.htm...

Half way down this page you see GrassProtecta Grass Protection Mesh - Standard 2m x 10m

Can any of you find it cheaper for me somewhere as I need some for my disabled Mum's garden across her grass.

It's expensive stuff so any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Need to amend this slightly....if you follow the link I posted above, it takes you to the main page.
Go down the page anyway any you'll come to a car tyre on a green 'mat'.
Click on that and THEN scroll down half way as said above!
Thanks again.

What is your mum going to be driving over the grass??

As you can get black rubber grass mats just under 1m sq for a lot less than the mesh stuff.

    kazwookie, Basically, Yes!
She has a motorised wheelchair and the wheels dig in to the grass if she tries to cross it.
The soil below is clay in nature so when it gets damp it gets stodgy.

I had hoped to use a method that would allow the grass to grow through the mesh and blend in. The black mats you mentioned are thicker and stand out against the grass too.

brightonman123, thanks for the Google. I've been to most of the sites you mentioned in my own search. They still don't seem to do it cheaper than the Rustic wood place.

If you all have any more suggestions then please let me know.
    Thanks.

    Homebase!?
No never thought of them! I'll give it a try.

Do you think a farm shop type place might too?
Something like Mole Valley Farmers, or Cornwall Farmers?
