Anyone done the Abbey Mortgage Challenge?

As above - Abbey are saying if they can not beat your remortgage offer from your current lender they will pay 3 months of your mortgage for you?

Anyone tried this?

I am off to see Nationwide Saturday to sort out a new deal for when my fixed rate ends.....

They made sure no one can beat it. They are not going to pay another lender. And if you check the small print it will be full of disclaimers.

Well yeah, of course they'll make sure noone can beat it. Same as the similar Natwest offer last year. Hope that means OP will come over to Abbey when he finds Nationwide can't beat them ;).
