basically there are max. of 15 of us who aim to hir a car or a small van etc.

I recently hired a van from http://www.enterprise.com/car_rental/home.do Other rental places were quoting upwards of £80 per day wheras enterprise was £37.99 per day. They hire cars too and having had a quick look they seem good value to me.
