Where is the cheapest place to buy DVD's films, tv series and the like. Is it possible to copy DVD's that you hire? Only for your own use at home.

No, you cannot copy DVD's that you hire. Firstly, it is illegal. Secondly, most are formatted so that you muppets cannot try to break the law.
