Does anyone have any ideas how I can get some blue biro marks out of a white linen jacket? Any suggestions very gratefully received. Thanks:j

Milk. Honestly. Soak the bit with the biro marks in milk and then wash (assuming it's washable linen).

I thought it was a mad idea but read it on here so tried it and it worked ;)

I've never tried to get biro ink out of a linen jacket in all honesty, but I have brought it off a dralon suite by dabbing (not rubbing) with methylated spirits (the purple one). If that's any help?

Yes milk. It was on the New Scientist website a few weeks ago.
