Morning everyone!

I'm off to my course this morning in a bit, what's everyone else up to today?

Got paid - my first month with tax etc in my new job. It came out almost what I calculated it to be. With my AQA money this month, I'll have almost £1100 income, almost enough to get by with, need to do just a bit more AQA next month to break even for the bills and the budgeted food.

One day I will have to start putting money aside though for my tax bill but at the moment I'm only just about earning enough to cover the monthly stuff.

Good morning!! Hurrah for those getting paid today.......hugs for those who aren't :D

Bunny, my fingers are still crossed for the house today - I hope you get the news you want!

Keren.....going to be a bit Schoolmarm-like now.....don't leave it long before you start saving for your tax - I know things are tight, but even a token saving is a start.......I would hate for you to get stung.

hi hypno - I know :(........I keep meaning to put a bit aside., but things have been incredibly tight over the lat few months and this is my first month of a 'full' salary since I was made redundant last May. I know how much (roughly) it will be I'll have to find by next January, I could use some of my savings and then replace it, but I'd rather try to earn a bit more each month and lessen the impact on my savings.

I think that the bill will be around £1500.

Hi everyone. First day back at work after a few days off last week. Am I delighted to be here? Nope. Although I did wake up to the sight of Jose Mourinho on GMTV looking tanned and delicious! That certainly put a smile on my face - but got a week of work ahead and I'd really rather be at home doing all the things I didn't do on my days off.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
