in Bankruptcy & living with it
Hi all,

It's Monarch here, for some reason my account is not working :huh:

Well I would like to say a huge thank you for all your positive support! :beer:

Today is the day for hopefully a fresh start. I am a little emotional actually not knowing what to expect or how the Judge will be.

Well my appointment is at 1030 and I am going to open a Cashminder Account afterwards so I shall let you know how I get on!

    Hi all,

    Well its all been done! Even though it very nearly didnt happen because of Debt Free Direct confirming with the Court where my IVA was issued that it failed. So had to wait for a number of faxes to be sent across!

    I went to open my Cashminder account and the decision has been refered so I shall wait and see what happens with that? Do a lot of applications for the cashminder get refered?

    Also had a letter from Crapquest this morning demanding payment. I had great pleasure in calling them to tell them I was now Bankrupt :p

    I've not heard from the OR yet, Court told me its normally 3 hours after they sent the forms over.

    Glad it went ok for you (in the end!) :)

    I got referred for my Coop account and it was all up and running within a week!

    Might be worth checking your credit file though to make sure there's no "fraud" entries as I think these may have caused problems with some people.
