Remortgaging my BTL mortgages

One of my buy to let mortgages is about to come to the end of its discounted rate and I want to remortgage and release some equity. I currently have a 50K mortgage and the property is worth about 200K. I have read Martin's tips and feel some feedback would help me take the plunge. I have 3 other BTL mortgages all with different providers and probably substantial equity in these properties too as I bought in the late 90s early 00s. Could I get a cheaper deal by remortgaging with one institution? Does anyone know of any good deals at the mo or have any creative ideas to deal with this? Thanks in advance
