From 1st July 2008, the civil wedding licence will come into full force in Dublin and is available at the iconic Merrion Hotel. Be the first to marry at Dublin's best address and you will be playing a small part in history as well as enjoying a complimentary first-night stay at this splendid Georgian townhouse.
Award-winning gardens, an exceptional service team and outstanding, Grade 1 listed rooms are perfect ingredients for a truly exceptional wedding day. We are offering one lucky reader the chance to win a First Night Stay at the Merrion, worth 645 euros.
The prize includes overnight accommodation in a junior suite, full Irish breakfast, a bottle of Champagne with chocolate dipped strawberries on arrival, bathrobes embroidered with the newlyweds' initials, rose petal turn-down service and L'Occitane's rose scented candle and oil bath. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Birmingham Childrens Hospital caring for my tiny and very poorly grandson who was born at 29 weeks. Thanks to them he is getting a little stronger every day.:A:A:A
