Yes, I think that would be worth trying - good luck!0 -
Thanks a lot for this - looks like I should have bought an extra hair gel yesterday and splurged a massive 57p to get 2 extra gels. And I should have known about it cos I did the Hackett 3 for 1 with the ACM voucher. Blonde moment! Bum!:o
I'm in the South West - bought three reduced Hackett today (body & hair wash in silver tube, 94p) - 3 for 2 did not work for me

Thank you Amelia's Mummy for enlightening me, didn't realize these vouchers existed, I assumed it was a Boots till glitch  . I guess I am not worthy to receive Boots mailings, I only get healthcare stuff. But didn't get the recent 200pts voucher either. Can I update my details at the ACM so I can start receiving mailings, does anyone know?
I did get some TD stuff with my spits without handing over any cash, and I got some Hackett silver tubes of hair stuff for 57p each. They were NOT on 342 unfortunately, spent the princely sum of 285 points.

Poundsinbucks xI just rang the AC number off Boots website and they updated my details to recieve mailings as I could only find details online to get offers by email, however i was told that these mailings are done on a 'random' basis anyway so updating details would not guarantee one

Had a good day apart from little one sobbing most of the day and wanted to hold onto mummy. Even got to drive past a boots store but it was closed
. DP is working tomorrow morning so may be tempted to take a drive to boots while he's out providing that LO is better. Had over £100 in cash as pressies so have an excuse to spend! :j

You've got a little one, haven't you? - my DS1 is 14 - and over 6 foot 1 - but he's never leaving home, either! Still my special care baby (was V poorly when he was born- you can see it stunted his growth, lol!) - the fact he's just cooked a fab Jamie Oliver chicken thing for our dinner has nothing to do with it!:rotfl:
Sorry, no mention of Boots!Hope you enjoyed your dinner;)

My little one is only 20 months and he's never leaving home neither. He took me years to get - 3 failed IVF attempts later :A and a very surprise natural conception at the age of 37! Sorry not boots related but I do buy all his nappies there! Infact, his cupboard is full at the moment, thanks to Mr B reducing huggies to £2.25. :T Alongside his packed ottoman full of 75% off toys ready for his birthday. There are only two things a child will share willingly - communicable diseases and their mother's real age0 -
quote=Andersonmam;10684937]Thanks for all your answers and suggestions. Have been to the Eldon Square main branch in Newcastle today. No useful ACM offers for me, not even my favourite Med soap one, think I must've reached my limit on these. I did resist getting my expensive foundation just to get the 10 points per pound wys 15 pounds. Instead I asked the 'beautiful ladies' to recommend and came away with samples that should last a while. Think they might've felt sorry for me as I'm having a hormonal spot breakout and felt like an embarrassed teenager (I'm a 40something!).
Ended up just buying some essentials with no vouchers shock horror and no interesting shopping list to post. Instead of a face mask got the Time Delay Anti-Blemish Skin Concentrate with a till spit, 6.25 so only 1.25 to pay. Hope this works.
There was plenty of stock to choose from in each of the ranges for the till spit. There was only a small clearance, some discontinued cosmetics nothing exciting. Oh, and I totally forgot about the phone topup, but will get on next visit. Am off now to apply the anti-blemish and drink lots of water.......[/quote]
Hope you dont mind me asking but does Eldon Square have a reduced section and if so where is it located?0 -

I went in the boots in eldon square (the new one) a few weeks ago. It was the first time I had been in there (don't go to Newcastle very often:D ) and when i asked where the clearance stand was the SA said are you looking for anything in particular? so I don't think there is one. although when I rang the Arnison centre store I spoke to a male SA on pharmacy and asked him if he could check whether there were any ink cartridges on the clearance stand he said I didn't know we had one:rotfl:
sorry that reply wasn't much help was it:D hopefully someone will know more than me:rotfl:saving for ds2's summer international scout camp - £200
£60 deposit paid :j £100 paid:j £40 paid:j0
