When you have training are staff told to tell customers how many pts they have on their card at the end of the transaction? I
It is standard practice in my area, and I find it reallyand I know a lot of op do. I dont think it's everywhere as someone posted recently that they have never encountered it at their store.
I just wondered , what is the logic behind it. Can you help?~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

a while ago i tried to get some reduced cucumber range stuff from clearance with 100pts voucher from acm and the sa wuldnt let me have it coz it was clearance??? have got clearance things before and used points vouchers... so much for consistency! lol
Actually had a bad do with that SA (not all her fault!) - I wombled an S&G 50p MOC, but forgot they're now out of date:o Still, the 200 pts mag voucher still worked, twice:TSlowly getting organised enough to actually write a signature...:rotfl:Boots points: £72.75 when I lost it lol Tesco points 2140
