When you have training are staff told to tell customers how many pts they have on their card at the end of the transaction? I

It is standard practice in my area, and I find it really and I know a lot of op do. I dont think it's everywhere as someone posted recently that they have never encountered it at their store.

I just wondered , what is the logic behind it. Can you help?

That's what I thought Pash - I got reduced mini albums BOGOF and voucher...ah well.
Actually had a bad do with that SA (not all her fault!) - I wombled an S&G 50p MOC, but forgot they're now out of date:o Still, the 200 pts mag voucher still worked, twice:T
