they were for an epson printer (unfortunately not the new one people have bought recently). OH tells me they fit a number of printers. they were on the clearance stand in Durham Arnison centre.

Just got back from today's Bootsing. Not mush to report, but thought I'd say "Hi!" anyway!

Boots didn't have the Red magazine that I'd got the coupon for, but just to report that I bought it from WHSmiths with no problem, even though the picture on the coupon is for the previous issue. Of course I now wish I'd waited and bought it in Boots in a week or so ( I think they're maybe just slow to re-stock with new issues) as then it would have counted £3.40 towards a £5 spend for a till spit, but it wouldn't be me if I didn't come back from the shops wishing I'd done something different at some stage!

Instead I bought an "In Style" mag - paid the full £3.40 for it but it's got some really nice flip flops as a free gift (not the raffia sort you usually get with mags). Also bought radox shower oil, which I've been meaning to try for a bit, £1.85 plus BoGoF, to make up my £5 spend.

Not much luck with reduced Ted Baker stuff but got some Hackett hair gel for DS1 to give DS2 for his birthday in a few weeks - reckon his brotherly love will just about stretch to the 57p it was reduced to. Also got some Garnier summer body half price, £3.49 for a big bottle - I love this, haven't started using it yet this year so I'm still a scary bluey-white colour! - and a botanics eye/lip serum, reduced from £8.99 to £2 cos it had no lid - there were a few Botanics things reduced for the same reason, all by the Botanics stand, not on the clearance.

How are we going to spend our £5 till spits - nothing under £5 left in Cribbs, very little stock at all. I'm not impressed!! They run till May 20th I think so I do hope Boots re-stock - I've got 4 to spend at the mo', and was going to do some phone top ups to get some more, but didn't bother cos there was nothing I wanted to redeem them on.

Hope you don't mind the long post. 6 o'clock so I'm off to get a drink before Dr Who.

Hope you're all having a good weekend.

Gloucester had lots of lower end price TD. SA said they were trying to prevent the lack of availability from last time.

I have items available but NO spits as only buying what I need ( trying to save ) & using spits almost immediately so as not to loose out!

i've had a card for ages now but never really made it work harder for me lol, am learning from this thread!

Told my dad (the only PAYG mobile user in the house) to stop topping himself up, and instead give his swipe card and cash to me and i'll do it for him (points!) - did it today, 200 points total for a 20.00 spend (my dads money, my dads phone and will get him 24.00 credit ;) ) and a till spit :D

Want to go bootsing properly now! :D
    On the up :D
