Light and easy to use but they are quite expensive new - when we moved we needed a petrol mower and so popped the flymo on ebay. Also perhaps try freecycle? for those that can't be bothered with ebay any more?

The newer models have a reel on the top of the collection bin so they will probably go for a bit more (we just used to fairy lights storage thing to wrap the power cord round and that worked well)

I have been looking for another type of mower - but in the last week there have been loads of them coming on - If someone has one to sell they are probably going on now - hopefully they will flood the market and the price will come down

I am kind of wary of graded stuff but mum bought a graded flymo from ebay and had no problems with it *touch wood*

There are 3 models that I can see for the Flymo vision compact 330, 350 and 380 New they vary from £89 - £129 so if you can handle one that has been used of a year or two...
