So whats your meal plans for this coming week? I really need some inspiration. Thanks guys.

    Breakfast all week = porridge made with water and a splash of milk.
    Mon
    lunch = apple and cheese sandwiches
    dinner= pasta and HM tomatoey sauce
    snacks= any fruit inc dried fruit
    Tue
    lunch=sardines on taost banana
    dinner= sliced pork and gravy with potatoes and carrot and cauli
    Wed
    lunch=beans on toast
    dinner
    soupmade from left over veg stock cube and anything else i fedel like adding
    thur lunch=salad sandwich
    dinner= HM curry and rice
    fri
    lunch
    soup
    dinner= potatoes cabbage and bacon [ yummmmm]
    Sat
    lunch= fruit salad
    dinner= quich and salad
    sun=
    lunch = brisket casserole and parsnips carrots and broccolli wirth mashwed pots
    trifle for pud
    dinner= cheese crackers

    Cheese on toast or egg on toast
    Butternut squash risotto

    evening all,

    Our menu plan is as follows:

    Mon - HM chilli and rice (made a huge batch of chilli today with loads of extra veggies and pulses in) and minted yoghurt

    Tues - pasta with tomato, bacon and philidelphia sauce ( 2 slices of bacon and third of a tub of philly need using up)

    Weds - spaghetti bolognese (bolognese sauce is in the freezer - i made a huge batch yesterday, bulked out with lentils and veggies)

    Thurs - smoked sausage risotto

    Fri -lamb koftas or special fried rice (preferably latter)

    Sat - friend coming for the weekend so will probably be a chinese takeaway.

    Sun - poss roast chicken thighs, roast potatoes and veggies.
