Have Puppy Passport but cant get a flight from Belfast

My doggy has a a passport but most of the cheapie airlines do not let him travel. I want to travel to south of spain. Pref Malaga.

BMI fly pets. Unfortunately that will result in an expensive connection at LHR. Flybe used to do it before they embraced the 'low cost' model. Try also Thomas Cook for a charter flight.Timmay!0
