    You're right about the Sunsail holidays - really expensive, but really great too. Don't know if you have kids or not, but the kids clubs are fantastic - if you have any I would really recommend you booking your children in on day 1 (most parents do!) and they will have the time of their life, meeting new friends, doing fab activities etc etc and once signed up they can drop in or out during the day as you like.

    Also take advantage of sailing/windsurfing tips while you're there - the staff are generally young, knowledgable and enthusiastic. They have free tution "clinics" each day, or you can pre-book formal courses for a price.
