In the case of goods, it ends seven working days after the day of receipt of the goods. In the case of services, it ends seven working days after the day the order were made. Something similar happened to me. A family member had a party and her friend was the rep. When the item didnt fit I was told that it was a difficult situation as if I didnt keep it then the rep had to pay for it and I assume keep it as part of her collection. I felt a bit guilty but if I was told this beforehand I wouldnt have ordered it. Surely one is able to see if they fit if not then what use is it.

I'm afraid I no longer attend these parties whatever they're for. You always feel obliged to buy something that is usually overpriced so that the friend can get her commission, which is usually a small percentage of the money taken.
