Good afternoon lovely DFWs Now for anyone looking in, please feel free to join - the more the merrier! Basically, decide on the amount you want to spend up to from Sunday until the end of the working day on Friday then pledge it here and off we go! The challenge is about incidental spending and not for stuff that should be budgeted elsewhere such as bills, groceries, debt repayment etc but you decide what to include at the end - this is about changing your habits and improving your recording of your spends more than anything else. Have a great week everyone and keep it low!!! Moozie x

    Evening pap and everyone else,

Oh-oh!!! -after a few weeks of being well under budget, this week I've gone the other way :o

I budgeted £30 but actually ended up spending £50 as M&S had a mid-season sale and I bought bits for DD, myself and I HAD to buy a new hair-dryer £25 with 50% off, so with my staff discount it only cost me £10 :p

Next week I'll budget £30 again and try VERY hard not to be seduced with any more sale buys ;)

Just found this thread, been away over the weekend - managed to only spend £9 last week (considerable more than that over the weekend but that was saved for ;) )

Going for £15 this week, shouldn't have anything too major to spend on.
