Which currency should I choose....

I'm about to start a new job, contracting, abroad.
I have agreed a salary. I have a choice of currency : UK Pounds, Euro or US Dollars.
I'm tempted to take the salary n USD.
Reason : if I can squirrel the money away from 12 - 18 months [which I can] and can afford to live on 'savings' and local money [which I can] then if the dollars regains some strenght over the next year or so, I could make more money on the currency exchange. I have a UK£ account which gives me a free euro account and a 'free' USD account. Free being : no credit interest, no charges, just the exchange rate when I move money around.

My questions are [in true Question Time format...]:
1 : does the panel think the USD will return to 'normal'
2 : WHEN does the panel think the USD will return
3 : Should I go 'euro' instead.

Personaly, I hate the euro, being a made up currency essentially supported by the the bankers in Frankfurt, but if I can make 10k on the currency deal, I'm happy to.

Thanks chaps and chapesses.
