    Hiya

Probably said this before (I know NIG is aware) but in an emergency, you can sometimes get a replacement from www.freecycle.org - like e-bay but the stuff is free.

Also have a look at the http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/protect/make-money income boosting section here, as you can get a few freebies, vouchers etc to make life pleasanter or use them towards pressies.

  • Approx £400 at the moment but this should increase this month seeing as I did a lot of overtime last month!
Plus, OH has a job interview this next week where he'd be earning £22k a year in a disability-friendly environment *fingers crossed*

I have about £20 which covers food, buses to work and any wee odds and sods like newspapers or coffees with friends.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

I give myself £50 a week. That's to cover petrol and food. The more economically I drive, the more G & T I can have at the pub!

I probably have £50 a week spare, however i try not to spend most of it and choose to save it instead. I like to get a fine balance between saving and living life. Last Saturday i went to London for the day so we used the mega bus at £1 a ticket and saw lots of free things and ended up spending very little but having a great time in the process.
