need £95k hopefully fixed years or 3 possibly 5 would be gr8 ?over 25 year period - re mortgage
repaymenys or interest money is very tight we me at the moment

Depending on your circumstances Hsbc offer 5 year fixed 5.39% which would make your payments £577 for the first 5 years. You need to pay an upfront payment of £999 though. If you went for interest only your payments would be approx £ 4270
