Take extra care when using brokers at moment

FSA disclaimer.
You have to say that you can advise on those deals that are available to you as a broker and there MAY be better deals available direct.
Real world explanation
Those brokers who are here for the client and for providing genuine advice are likely to go out of business or struggle because the people who can actually promote choice and consumer protection for the largest financial transaction are unable to properly do that.
You find a broker who does not tell you that there is direct deals which may be better at the moment has either had their head stuck in the sand for the last 6 months or has their pocket and own needs in front of their clients. Which when you are struggling, it is easy to start thinking that way.
Guess who suffers then Mr/s FSA....? Yes, you got it.. Mr/s Client suffers but at least they got a good choice and your WOM standards prove that you are there for the consumer.:rolleyes:I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
