Catalogue charges????

Hi,

I have an account with Littlewoods which i am paying off slowly but surely, i asked them previously to take the Extra care insurance off of my account and they have never done so. I would also like them to take all the administration charges off of my account as they go on every month and i am on benefits and apparently they cannot apply these?

Shall i write them a letter or call them up? xx

Hmm, First post...but i'm pretty sure they shouldn't even have to know your on benefits, the adminstration charges they can take off whenever you are on benefits or not, and it probably the person at the other end of the phoneline being cheeky, Phone up again and ask to take off the insurance and adminstration charge kindly and i'm sure they will, because i'm sure benefits have nothing to do with it.
