Pampers 2x Economy packs £10! £8 with Vouchers!

Was in superdrugs and they had a special offer on the economy packs, 2 for £10 (I usually get them 2 for £16 in boots) seemed a bit odd to me, so I asked if that was the correct price and yay! Got 2 packs, strolled over to till and handed over the nappies and 2 £1 vouchers I had been sent by Pampers:j £8 total!
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....

How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!

I thunk I've made you think for a minute!

  • Hi Ally
Can you please confirm how many nappies were in these packs please. I want to compare to see if this works out cheaper than my bulk buying at boots

Has anyone bought nappies from Lidl before? I buy them all the time and they are fantastic. Packs of 50 for £5.29 for 9-15kg babies. The next sizes up are just as good value and they work really well.

  • I buy lidl pull ups. They are cheaper than most, fit DD really well and are nice and soft. Both Pampers and Huggies leave red marks on her legs where the elastic bits rub against her.

Aldi's nappies are also good, they won best nappy from one of the baby mags trials. I used to buy them before DD was into pull ups.

Ohh nooo .... Looks like I was just lucky! I went back to get some more from my local, and they were 2 for £15! I must have got a dozzy sales assistant at the other branch :rotfl:

I asked one of the sales assistants in my local why they were priced different in this store, she said it was most likely an error as they are supposed to be 2 for £15 and not £10. The smaller packs were 2 for £10 in there.

I don't get it thought, 'cos they were scanned and came up as £10 in the other store  surely they all have the same scanning system however it works:confused:

Anyway, they were the economy packs - 58/pack

Sorry guys, thought it was a proper bargain and not a lucky "oh my god, how much!!" break:o
