Halifax fast tracK mortgage

the survey was carried out 2 weeks ago, and the house was deemed fit for lending purposes, halifax asked to see a information about when my partner returns back to work from maternity leave.
she will return in 3 months. we have sent all the documents over a week and they have every thing they need.
the motgage was 5.69% repayment 25 years 899 fee.
I THINK THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH WHAT THEY HAVE OFFERED and thinking of pulling out this deal.
can anyone comment,

I sincerely doubt it if you mean they are pulling out becuase of the rate / deal.
They are usually about a week behind with post, sometimes longer. Its too soon to expect them to have processed it.0 -
We have a 5.68 deal with £499 fees and we got our offer the day before yesterday so I doubt they are pulling out for that reason.0
