Not heard of Lloyds-TSB using MHA - they are a fraud detection agency that work in the finance sector. Maybe they are expanding their portfolio.
My experience with Lloyds-TSB is that their collections dept refer straight on to Sechiari, Clarke & Mitchell (solicitors) who have an office in their Brighton collections offices.0 -

And, from my experience, software programs in every LTSB/Black Horse office. :mad:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Hi Kev - I did find the following link, on the payplan site, that would definitely indicate that MHA are, indeed, an integral part of LTSB, in particular to Black Horse Finance, and are 'collection agents':
http://www.payplan.com/debt-library/miscellaneous.php
Other than that, every other search points me to their 'listing' on the Lloyds register.
I have to say that in my own dealings? with Black Horse I did not come accross this particular crowd.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
